There's something going on that isn't allowing the front and rear wheels to be sufficiently parallel. And the cruiser design constantly un-weights the front, which makes the effect worse.

That aint a death wobble thats a common thing in beat up bikes were if you let go of the handlebars it woobles

A fork brace and a balanced wheel will help. I've never experienced it, must be lucky.

You can get a death wobble at any speed. I've gotten my first one at 40 mph by setting down a wheelie wrong

Luckily for me this wasn’t my bike. When I was working for harely as a Porter this was a customer bike that I had to test drive after repairs
