I honestly loved the detail that NMI is actually TobyFox and that his appearance as Sonic is referencing Gaster and I also loved the ending referencing the movie Get Out when Chris is hypnotized by Rose's mother and sent into the void But seriously now: I loved this song and everything involving it including the epic and badass art, the chart also looks good to play and I loved the detail of the song getting faster and faster representing the boy's fear increasing and his death coming faster, very good. While I know the more likely reason is because NMI wants to prolong their suffering, I like to think the reason they come back after their heart stops for the first time is because THEY want to prolong this, instead of letting NMI get his little gloat and ego rush, they want to confront the reason they're in their deathbed before they die, they want their killer to understand that their last moments were not fear, they were rage. Pure, blazing rage, at the thing that brought them down to this. After that, the song stops and they go satisfied.. but then they're brought back a second time, and it sounds more intense, frantic this time. Because this time it IS NMI who brings them back, not happy with how they went out. "If you're going to do that, show some follow through." Instead of allowing them their defiant demise, he drags out their pain and suffering longer to ensure he does break them, that no matter what, they have nothing to comfort them as they sink into the inky, suffocating blackness. But before he can, the person's heart gives out entirely from the adrenaline, and both of them lose. Nobody wins. Though, the demon is left unsatisfied with his prey, so who knows? Maybe the human did win in the end.

Once the victim has got a copy, no more innocence attaches himself to that copy and the victim (in a way) as he slowly cripples them, making them barely able to move and making the bootleg copy the only thing they do in their new life as a sort of addiction. He might also physically appear as a "sonic" that watches over the player but he only is there to taunt them. The guy in front of the hospital bed is no more innocence and NMI is short for his name.

The art direction is perfect. The details are thin, off putting in places (The arrows especially), but just enough to set the picture. I love how the Health bar is constantly at war with itself, showing the heart monitor on one end keeping you grounded to life just a little longer, while the other side is death/insanity trying to rip you from a dignified death. Originally i had no idea who this character was. It's terrifying. You meet this man who has sought for you on your deathbed, sharing his words during the last moments of your life. It is only him. No doctors, no friends, nor family, it is you alone. And you realize, it is *him*. You prepare for the reaper to take you. You fight. You win. An understanding of death, you accept it, it is Mutualism. Only then, his face appears, seconds before you die. A twisted amalgamation is convincing you, against your own will and your body's need to survive, to turn over - to take under into the world of the damned. You fought again. You win. 3:56 But what's this? He does not wish to leave you so... *unbothered*. This is the music in which death plays for you when you know the time is right. He is in control. 4:42, a true fight. You push your determination and body against it's limits. 4:53, the reaper retaliates, telling you there is no way back. You panic, and give it one last shove until... you give in. You scream and you match the high pitch tone of your monitor, signifying your are dead. You fought again. You, again, win. This time, it is a decision of fate. A question to answer if you are worthy of the afterlife. But before all, before you slip into eternal peace. Disturbance. He brings you back. 5:09 In his first trial, he is polite by his own rule and awaits your death. He is to walk with you to the gates. You struggle, and like a child, get what they want. After, comes discipline. You are scolded, and you, out of instinct, cry of guilt and shame. And now, he bends the rules of reality to his own. He will not talk, he will not try. You decay in wait for his response, slowly watching the bar slide as you manifest to the recycled flesh you were meant to become. The sounds and screaming of insanity circle your ears. Your conscious dissipates into a boring paste. You take your last, horror-filled breath. There is no escaping death.

NMI is a character that dumbi made and is a really cool design but, my story of NMI goes like this...one day there was a kid who kept begging his dad for a sonic game. So they went to the store and they saw the game they were looking for and they went to the register and paid for it. (little did they know it was a bootleg version) The boy was happy. When they got back home the boy unpacked it then he put it in his Nintendo switch. An hour passes by then the father hears the boy screaming in fear then the father yells "Son are you alright?!" Then the father runs upstairs to go check on him but the door is locked, The father says "son please open the door i need to know if there's anything wrong!" but, no response then, the father kicks open the door but, he doesn't see his son. The father looks left and right then, he looks at the screen and sees a message saying" you gave me to your kid, you brought me into his life. I.HAVE.YOUR.SON" The father is scared and worried so then, he reaches out to take the game out then, the screen shows another message saying" if you take me out ill only make it worse." so the father has enough and commits [censored]. Later on when the boy grows up he's in his final moments in the hospital. Then he sees a man in a business suit staring at him at the edge of his bed saying "I came to say that games didn't take your life your rage did that's what brought you to this very bed." The boy says "Dad?" then he dies. The end. This is a story that i made up from my mind. Thanks to everyone who likes this story and thank you catmania for uploading this video. God bless you all!😁😇🙏

My expectations to wait for this peak were not in vain, it completely justified itself in the way I imagined it! And btw, if this song has a V2 planned, is it possible to make it so that when the Kiddo we play as dies, NMI will still sing but only him, this would give more of a feeling that he is mocking his victims even after their death, so, I hope that the devs will approve my idea.
