As a 50 year math teacher, I know what Frank Ebersold's problem is ... the man does not understand Math!!!! All the statistics are going over his head!! ....The National Assessment of Educational Progress (NAEP) data reports that only 25% of high school seniors are rated as "proficient" in math. Most American adults are illiterate in math. They cannot operate with fractions or decimals or use algebra to solve real life problems....Sad....

Ive worked at PayPal for the past 6 years and although I am compensated very well, I can 100% confirm that our company is very very liberal, and made extremely apparent in all of our large company meetings where our CEO Dan Shulman criticizes Trump and Republicans and spends WAY to much time talking about equity and race above o7r actual products. Idk how this is even a debate

I need a good answer for people who say they have "nothing to hide". Boomers might well be convinced by the fact that one of their heroes like Martin Luther King Jr. or JFK certainly had things to hide and that they could be manipulated by a company that knew this information. It's common for people to chastise the FBI for how they used their secret information about MLK, but is it any better if a company was doing it? Ano0ther point might be that the specific person might have nothing to hide, but what if their daughter had done something which would embarrass or harm her were it to become public? What if a politician or activist has a depressed son who would be mortified and want to end it all if certain things were revealed about him? He might be purer than driven snow and have zero secrets from anyone at any time, but perhaps the people he cares about aren't as perfect as him.

having lived in the algorithm for over a decade, it's pretty obvious that there is a left wing bias. the problem however is that I used to be left wing, now i'm not. so their obsession with pushing liberal media on to me had the opposite effect they intended. perhaps because i knew what the internet was like 5-10 years ago and how it was a lot less biased back then vs now. the bigger problem is the kids, while hitler was leader one of his propaganda ministers said, children are empty vessels, you can fill them with good or bad things and they believe it outright because they don't know better. this is what tiktok and google are doing to children, they are intentionally telling one side of the story and blocking the other intentionally.

Bryan said that as someone right of center, he has no trouble finding people on Google who confirm his bias (pro-capitalism, free market and against gender ideology). Firstly, the fact that some old core liberal values are now defined as right-wing shows you how far the spectrum has shifted to the left in certain matters. More importantly, just because you can find certain people who confirm your own biases does not mean that political manipulation is not occurring. It's not as if the censorship regime would simply ban all dissident content. That might not be effective because it would be too obvious. What they do is ban as much as they can get away with without provoking uproar. There are plenty of non-violent right wingers who are banned from Google and have been for years. They can also suppress certain views in a way that is tailored to the individual. That is, they can classify a user based on their politics: they can serve center-right content to radical right users, centrist content to center-right users, center-left content to centrist users, and radical left content to center-left users. Meaning, they nudge each person INDIVIDUALLY by serving them content which is to their left. For example, Bryan may oppose gender ideology, but he could be served a centrist liberal who also happens to oppose gender ideology rather than a right-wing person who, all else being equal, he might actually be convinced by... but instead, he may never even know such a person exists. Some people make the argument that just because some vaguely right-wing people are allowed to exist and thrive on Google, that means there is no bias. This completely misses the point! Ben Shapiro might thrive, but Blackpilled would certainly be banned if he started posting on KZbin again. Never mind if you think political actors like Blackpilled, Millennial Woes, Scott Howard, Ryan Dawson, Covid dissidents in 2020-2022, or anyone else is beyond the pale, there are many examples of people who may have been soaring in popularity but were suppressed, banned, or prevented from reaching ears.
