Deuteronomy 34:10 vers can easily be explained by the fact that Deuteronomy was likely written well after the life of Moses himself, which makes it possible for a writer to basically say "In the span of the time between Moses and myself, no prophet like him has arrisen from the people of Israel".

The Hoseah 2 vers 16 argument wrongly applies the Islamic idea of abrogation to an OT prophetic text that poetically describes the relationship between God and his people as a marriage that is broken and then restored to the point where the word 'master' is replaced by 'husband', this is not some theological text about which title is appropirate to use for God.
