Quran 4:23 makes a list of women whom a muslim can not marry, so we must assume that the list is complete, women not on the list should halal to marry, right? But grandmother or granddaughter is not on the list. It is halal to marry your granddaughter and her descendants or marry your grandmother? I would love to hear some linguistic comment from Arab speaker on this subject, not an Islamic comment which always twist the meaning of the verse.

I.e. our Fundamentals for learning are The Quran, the Authentic Sunnah and Consensus of the scholars. There are times in which the evidence from consensus of the scholars weighs more than an ayah of the quran, than an authentic hadith, which means way more than an explanation of quran or tafseer… You would never show me a contemporary scholar explaining this opinion that you assume because of obvious reasons.

This is incorrect. For example, let’s say there’s this random woman that has a 20 year old child. Let’s say you commit Zina with that woman. You are allowed to marry the 20 year old woman since she’s not related to you. Thus, It is haram to marry your own biological daughter.
