Getting mental health care is what helps a lot of us be able to have motivation to head to the gym and get exercise and eat healthy and maintain hobbies and things like that.

Some people just won't benefit from the gym. I'm one personally. I tend to go to classes or even dance classes to exercise. Sure I'm gonna lose the weight probably slower but I'm still using all my muscles. But feeling like crap the last thing I want to do is go anywhere and that's the issue most people have with depression. Getting up and out of bed nevermind the house is hard. While not everyones depression is the same, and exercise is proven to release endorphins. That doesn't mean that getting a to gym is hard. Also some people literally are just to busy. The closest gym to me is 20 minutes on the bus. Bus costs £10. I work full time and finish at half 5. I have an autistic child at home so I have to help with homework and reading. Which I'd have to do anyway even if he wasn't autistic. I then also have to keep a house. I do not have time to go to the gym. However a class once a week I can do. Which is what I do. However lately I'd rather do other hobbies.

@@seanceknowles2911 ah I was watching howie mandels podcast with Jimmy and they called Ethan to ask why he was mad at Jimmy, in short there's an extreme stalker girl that's trying to get super close with the crew and the crew don't want to associate with her and her creepy behaviour, she then tries to get close to people in contact with the crew as well, she went to the extent of toying with Gabe to get close with the crew while Gabe was interested in her, she then tried to get attention from Jimmy, the crew warned Jimmy and told him to please not give her any attention and Jimmy being Jimmy did the opposite and clicked pics and stuff, so now the crews mad at Jimmy hence the temporary ban lol
