Alright, I invesigated and have concluded that they are not the same person. Mostly because Goniloc is like 7 feet tall and has long hair. He also doesn't live in China. He is also rail thin, while Dewey is a beef titan. Goniloc is a human version of Jack Skellington and Dewey is Ben Affleck's Batman body double. Both have their strong points, but are irrelevant at the moment.
