Haha I'm glad I was by like a year or 2 before this song came out..cause I was born in 1982... n got to see the resurgence of the old skool freestyle dance hits of the early mid 80s come back into play in alot of freestyle dj local djs playing n mixing these old skool dope jamz in their freestyle oldskool megamixx mix show on the radios back in the mid to late 90s like actually from 1993 - to like the late 90s early 2000s a bit was popular again cause there was a big 90s rebirth of newer freestyle music sound that was being ▶️ or coming out by new skool artists doing a newer sound of The old skool style of the older 80s freestyle type beat or sound updated with a more 90s bass electronic synth n style of sound and club house mixed with a freestyle bass beat...and that wad so cool to see the old skool freestyle gems n jamz resurface or get played mixed in with a newer song and some of the newer 90s freestyle actually borrowed or sampled a bit from these classic club hits

It was 1985. I was 6. My baby sitter’s son was probably 14 and he and his friends were a “breakdancing crew” I think I heard this song at least 100 times that summer, while they worked on moves and a routine to this song. Later that year he was hit by a car and killed, while riding his skateboard. RIP RICKY!

I was cruising in my Audi bumping freestyle, like Debbie Deb, Lisa Lisa and Connie and I'm from the 90's era. I was born in '82. So anyway I was pulling up to this spot where there were 5 females conversing about god knows what. So 3 were dancing to the beat, but 2 turned around to laugh at me saying "Oh My God He He He That's Workout or Cleaning Your Home Music". At a 41year old tatted up ex-convict at that. So I got mad and told the female's "From The sounds & Looks Of It, You Both Don't Work Out What So Ever, Right." "It's Work Out Music To You Both, But Instead Of Laughing, You Should Pick Up A Dumbbell And Get Rid Off Those Flavi Arms And Baby Fat You Didn't Even Shed In Highschool P.E." Was I wrong for that????
