Also was born in 1984, though didn't discover Deb until 1997 from compilation CDs and wasn't into popular music until 1996. I remembered she appeared on many VH1 programs, usually random interview/commentary bits and "Before They Were Rock Stars"/"Where Are They Now". Debbie's later music was hard to come by, which Tower Records was the only place that had her recent albums and also shopped at used CD stores/digging the bargin bins.

Stil my favourite DG song. My girlfriend had broken up shortly before and I did not understand the reasoning she used until I heard this song. It helped me a lot to get my life together then. Bumped into my Ex-GF at FB 20 years later and contacted her. She told me that she always wanted to contact me over the years but did not do it to avoid opening any wounds .
