Finally!!!! I'm so happy that Debbie released "love don't care" as an official single. I was so sad last year that she didn't because this is the best track of her latest album. Congrats on the new video. It's so great to have you back making music and music videos. So a double interpretation of the song. The young woman who's clearly struggling with reality sees her love unanswered, because love is a cruel mistress and just doesn't care. And two, Love doesn't care about age. Strangest thing though, but the video seems to slow down my perception of the song. Though this is not my favourite song on the album (third after Legendary and Red Carpet), listening to the album and recorded live renditions, it definitely has an energy to it. But when I watch the video...I kind of miss that energy. I experience the song as faster when I just listen to it, and slower when I watch the video. Oh, and smoking? Really?!
