These would make a lovely front to custom made Christmas cards. Make them a bit smaller, then just cut along your outline and glue them to folded card stock. You can first run the card stock through your printer to print your greeting on the inside. Score the card stock down the middle so it folds in half, then attach the Christmas tree design to the front panel of the card. I have made custom Christmas cards many times and this is a great idea for a new way to design the front. Thank you for the idea!

So creative! Love this project. Thank you for the free motion embroidery demo. I repaired jeans using free motion but it was very hard on my hands. The gloves seem to make it much easier to guide the fabric! Great tip! 😉

Love your trees. What size stitch did you use when free motioning? Pittsburgh, PA USA
@debbieshore3 жыл бұрын
Stitch length doesn’t really matter as you move the fabric yourself, the quicker you move it the longer the stitch…

@@debbieshore it took me a while to work that one out, just been having a go with some scraps, it's fun!

Quick question sometimes the upper thread loops on the underside...what am I doing wrong... tension ?
@debbieshore3 жыл бұрын
First try rethreading, if that doesn’t work try a new needle before touching the tension…
@noeleenhickey81193 жыл бұрын
@@debbieshore thanks Debbie have re threaded will now change the needle x
