@@Rockin_in_Kentucky a kids in one of my friend's class elementary school got busted with it at school and every kid at my school used it as a joke for the rest of the year. easy, cheap humor. times were great.

who can blame her for wanting to come here? the opportunity to find bigger teeth than on her home turf is tough to resist.

I live in Ladson, SC and since the storm, there have been tons of groups scouring the creek behind my house. We find shark teeth all the time and it's been a great hobby since we moved here. However, these groups are bringing lots of gear and dig the banks under live trees, which is illegal (so I'm told by SCDNR - who was at the creek making sure we weren't doing just that). There are trail cams now and may be in other places as well. Just don't dig into the banks! 😊

i love this comment thank you for posting it. I'm glad to know that DNR is out there checking and that there are trail cams trying to catch violators. i think most people don't know that digging the banks is prohibited. its written on the application for the underwater recoveries permit, but non divers never see that. i used to live over there back in the 19s and that creek was an amazing spot to collect. good luck I hope you continue to find nice stuff!
