I have used the Deben mk 1 a few years ago and just started back ferreting so decided to buy the new mk 3 finder,some people i have mentioned it to have always said the mk 1 was better,i tried my mk 3 first time out and wow its far superior to the mk 1,i have no regrets in purchasing the new mk 3. I have a Mk3 but I can not get on with it so have gone back to using my good old 15ft Mk1 with the Mk3 collars.
