Mam, Aquarius ascendant, sun is exalted in d1 chart in 3rd house but debilitated in d9 chart in 7th house...also dispositor of sun is Mars and Mars is also exalted in D1 in 12th house..what does that mean?

Sun in Aries(Lagna) Ashwani 8 deg 10 min,Saturn in Libra Swati 13deg 10min and vakri.I think both are strong?

Debilitation is not bad always,if sun is your 8th,6th or,12th lord,then it's good

Madam, your precise reading deserve warm welcome. What about if sun is placed in aquarius ( purva bhadrapada nakshatra )at 28 degree for a Leo asc?

Sun in Aquarius is also not a very strong position. Poorva Bhadra is ruled by Jupiter, and Saturn hence a friendly planet to Sun. But the Saturn influence is here too the enemy of Sun. Mixed results are felt.
