As per my understanding of vedic astrology if in D1 chart sun is lets say in friendly sign but in D9 chart that is in navamsha chart the sun is debilitated it means from outer surface it seems sun is strong but inside it lack strength to give positive result. The effect of it will be seen more after getting into relationship.D1 is TV and D9 is signal if signal are weak you will not able to see clear picture on tv
