It's not an issue actually. Just spray water mist on your palette to keep the paint moist as long as you want. It works so well. Try it. I am doing the same. No retarder or medium at all. Thank you so much for watching 😊🙏

It's always better to keep your canvas vertical. Only then you can see it proportionally. Fix it to a board if you are using canvas pad or paper with masking tape. Just amazing! Question- do we need to use gesso or prime canvas with a coat of paint on before painting? I use ready to paint canvas but stil my paint strokes do not come that smooth and sharp on the raw canvas.

I mostly use Canvas directly as it is pre primed. But applying a layer of gesso or a plain white coat gives a better surface to paint. Thank you so much.

Sir which varnish can I use in acrylic painting?

I personally use Liquitex professional gloss vernish for my painting. You can use Matt too. There are other brands also available, like Winsor Newton, Golden etc. But don't use spray vernish, as they are not permanent. Thank you so much for watching 😊
