'Debt' To Chester le Street Police Update XIX/XI/MMXIV

'I' visit Durham Constabulary's Chester le Street outlet to ask them to 'forgive' me for the accidental damage to their automatic door during an attempt to gain their help as chaperones in visiting a former friend who has a history of violence, and had stolen £35,000 from me (Re: the Theft/Breach of Trust statutes), and had that day dispensed with his telephony landline service, causing me to fret that he may have sold his detached property at Hilda Park, and left the country. A fact which was being ignored by both Durham & Northumbria forces at the time of my 'offence'...
The date of my arrest for breaking the automatic door was FRIDAY 13th June, and not the date erroneously logged on the 'Criminal Damage' charge sheet as 14/06/2014... In court my solicitor claimed the date was 'an oversight of no merit' :-(
It had been around 09.40 in the antemeridian, there was a member of the public sitting in their waiting area waiting to speak to an officer after having had his report logged, and 'I' had tried the yellow wall mounted telephone, had rung the station call bell, and had knocked on 15 to 20 windows, & had tried the 101 non-emergency number & the civilian who took my call hung up on me...
...Hence my frustrated yank at the door which caused said damage.
Instead of listening to my reason for the peccadillo, the magistrates decided to compound my money woes further by landing me with an unsurmountable extra debt :-)
I ask PUBLICALLY, for Durham Police P.L.C to accept the four pence in my pocket as 'a satisfactory compromise' :-)x.
I spoke with Inspector Karen Naunton who very thoughtfully and kindly guided me towards appealing directly to the finance department of Durham Police:

I first phoned 'Shaun', via the 101 service ext. 670 2584, who told me the solicitor in charge's name is Chris Southey. :-)
I then told Shaun that 'I' would send the mitigation details to Mr Southey via an email :-) Which I confirm was done late last night.
A promise of opposition to any attempts by an enforcement officer from the RELENTLESS bug bear that is 'Collectica Enforcement Services' to gain access to my property was both voiced & confirmed within the said email :-) 'I will NOT pay the £800+ the original £495 debt has now metamorphasised into , nor even the original amount for that matter... ;-)x

Due to my *refusal* to pay compensation of *£495* to Durham Constabulary, I received an *Arrest Warning* through my door this morning, forcing me to either pay the 'owed' money *now*, or to book a Magistrate's Court Appointment, to *avoid* actual arrest... Do you realise you were in the wrong damaging the door, and just because the police didn't answer the door that doesn't give you permission to cause it damage? I just checked the police station website and it says the counter isn't staffed until 10am which is probably why the door wasn't open for you yet. If you had waited just 20 minutes without damaging the door like a normal person, you would have been fine. LOOK! You've even recorded the front door which has a massive sign on it saying MON-FRI 10AM TO 5PM. Didn't that give you any clues? I have just got to laugh at the hilarity of it. I have to admit I'm a bit scared leaving this message because this video gives me the impression you're one of those stalker types who will start creeping on me.
