(i seriously don't even know what that would be like.. we've always had to worry about paying crazy rent prices each month & the option to buy a small old spot has never even been a option because nothing is even remotely affordable. How can the Cockroach Girl possibly just be trolling if that's her living environment? She couldn't possibly fake that, so if she purposefully created it just to get attention online, then she still clearly has issues. The attention she's getting is enabling her, so now she's hamming it up, but that doesn't change the fact that she was wallowing in filth and poverty on her own beforehand. Japan has very poor mental health services, so a lot of folks who need the help can't get it. IMO people are just in denial that a young woman who is conventionally cute when cleaned up could struggle with mental illness.
@DebunkFile3 күн бұрын
You’d be SURPRISED at the insane scandals on TikTok that have been proven to be fake before, and this even includes accounts of people living in filth extremely similar to her circumstances as we mentioned. In those cases, a lot of times they’ll somehow have access to a place like that, leave it in disrepair, and it doesn’t wind up being where they really live. Despite that though I do completely recognize the very real possibility of her being egged on, as mentioned in the video since it’s impossible to know for sure. Thats also something that has happened MANY times on TikTok, but I just wanted to explain why so many people believe it could be fake, because if it was, it wouldn’t be the first case of something like this. All in all, it really is insane how wild social media can get. I appreciate your comment though, especially about mental health services in Japan!
@del88923 күн бұрын
I have been following this girl for quite some time as I loosely am knowledgeable about the subculture she belongs to. People have dug up an old interview where she explained she had a very rough childhood and was put in a mental hospital and basically ignored by family. So there is definitely a mental health issue. She also makes a joke out of all the eviction notices she receives by wearing them around town. She hasn't paid rent for quite some time and possibly got locked out at one point but broke back into the apartment. I guess eviction is very hard in Japan, even if your place smells super bad and attracts bugs. People have kind of made her the face of Jirai kei culture so maybe she is taking that and making her own satire of it because she knows she can get money from the videos. But the mental health issues is definitely real. BTW Jirai Kai is a subculture taken on by young adults who are usually suffering from a form of mental illness and live or work on the streets of Tokyo's Kabukicho district. Since they have no money they usually work at these red light establishments. They tend to gravitate to wearing girly and cutie clothing to offset their more depressed and dark personality. Jirai kei which directly means "landmine type" referring to a woman is like a ticking time bomb.

I also have an abandoned place near me (at least my hometown), it's been there unchanged since before I was born or possibly before my parents even moved there. That would be around 28 years. Coincidentally in New Jersey too. It used to be a cafe and it's actually on a busy road but not exactly a walkable place like in that TikTok. The insides are the same. The outside is the same it's just been worn out due to the elements. It surprisingly survived a few hurricanes including Sandy and Ida with no structural damage. The rumor is that the father owned the cafe and as soon as he passed his daughters (now the owners) closed it. Now they don't want anything to do with. They don't even want to sell it or fix up the place so it's just there abandoned. I honestly have no idea how property tax works but I would assume selling the plot of land would be more cost effective than just letting it sit there.

Could the wedding store simply function as a storage unit of sorts for a main bridal shop business elsewhere? There is a patisserie near my neighborhood that hasn't been properly open in years, and that is because it functions as a baking space (or just its kitchen rather) for their much larger patisserie in the city. Perhaps they're also utilizing the bridal shop space for a similar purpose, with the changes over the years simply being a signifier that the space is still being used for something.

Over 30 years of no one knowing for sure what its deal was, looked like a retro diner but when I went with my highschool boyfriend they had to fully go buy potatoes to make an order of fries. And all the condiment bottles looked like they hadn't been touched in years. There was an elderly couple that ran it and everyone said they owned the whole building section. And this place was right in the center our downtown strip.

For the store front, I will say this; I live in a very small town of 10k people and film studios will come in and decorate the store fronts in town (And they do this to the neighboring town as well) and they remain like that until the next movie or series films there and redoes it. So it just looks like a ton of small businesses that are never open but the city and banks just leave it because it is more visually appealing to the image and doesn't harm anything, so if you see a store that is never open for business and has been there for a long time it might just be that a long forgotten film had a scene there.

That Ywbjdyqi3w thing reminds me of a series of videos my friend showed me a month or so ago. The videos he showed me had a bunch of cosplayers who would go up and dance when someone donated money for "their" song. There was some inside joke that had a Hinata cosplayer being summoned to dance and the moment she hits center stage, someone would immediately donate for someone else's song causing the Hinata cosplayer just head back to the group. My assumption here is that this is a spin-off/rip-off/copycat live stream where the joke is reversed. Someone then can mix in the bit where some tiktok scam accounts do creepy stuff on purpose so people keep watching their videos. My guess is that someone stole this livestream and added some spooky stuff on it (and maybe even spread its spookiness to online forums like reddit) but the copyright system actually caught it and just took them down.

just for your future videos, if you see a email like that on wayback machine and it has the same domain as a website being sold, or like that one there, then the email is 100% inactive. its likely the domain changes servers and there is a good possibility that the new server does not have email setup. also just wanna say, you pointing out that the store has to be open for money laundering to work was my first thought when i saw a comment or two saying that and im like "ugh....the herd jumps to conclusions again without thinking." out of curiosity i looked at those street view images, the mannequin did not change clothes, theres two different ones, in the most recent picture if you zoom in you can see the one in the other dress in the back behind the one you said changed, something was also added to the upstairs, in the second window from the right theres a white "bar" in the window in the most recent photo but go back a year and its not there. the curtains dont look like they were moved though to me, the front porch lights are on in the 2013 picture and not in the later ones, also there is a 2008 picture where the lights are still on and the mannequin on the right has a sweater and tights on, and the one on the left also has a little "mini" or child one next to it in a smaller bridal gown.

I'll double down. Don't put an overly obnoxious advertisement in your video. You are 100% right I only added it because I found it obnoxious that you added the advertisement while you're already getting ad revenue. It's not adding an add though.. it's adding a 2 minute advertisment after i already received 1754 ads before coming to your video.

So you think the first one is a girl trolling mentally unstable people, and kind of just leave it at that.... but don't really divulge into how mentally ill someone must be to be so dedicated to an online gag that they live in complete squalor with literal THOUSANDS of roaches infesting their walls and kind of just breeze over that fact... and something is clearly going on with that situation... Weird take
