This honestly debunks nothing, the simple fact Sanji can’t damage Kaido is because Sanji doesn’t have any attack that bypasses Haki or on the level to damage Kaido. In the Jabra example he’s not bypassing durability, Tekkai just makes your muscles as hard as iron it’s predominately used for PHYSICAL attacks like a jet bazooka, it wouldn’t work well against a elemental attack or energy attacks just as Radical Beam or Thunder Tempo. Also we literally see Diablo doesn’t pass durability as shown with his fights against Vergo and Doffy. If I remember right Doffy didn’t even use Haki to defend against Diablo in the manga. Last thing is the AP issue Sanji doing Damage to Queen is not the same as damaging Kaido he’s Astronomically more durable than Queen we see that throughout Wano and with his introduction. Kaido can tank Gear 4th Luffy’s King a king Gun in the start of Wano, Luffy has way more AP then Sanji does I don’t even think that’s a debatable topic, Diablo isn’t doing lasting damage as kaido himself can spit fire and also swim in lava for a period of time.

Sanji is a hair under zoro so I would say that the damage he would do to kaidou would be a hair under zoro. Now, zoro did that damage to kaido BEFORE unlocking KOH. and we're talking awakened sanji with the blue flames??? if we want to be fair, I would say awakened sanji would do a hair less damage to kaido as KOH zoro would do to kaido at the MINIMUM. it's not far fetched to say that sanji is stronger than zoro at this current time since 1. he took on jimbe seraphim solo while zoro took down mihawk seraphim with help of lucci and 2. During the fight on onigashima when zoro unlocked koh, it was a very hard to extreme diff to take out king meanwhile when sanji awakened, his fight with queen was extreme low to low diff.

Aint no way we're comparing Jabraa's Iron body to Kaido's durability first of all. And the whole reason Luffy learned Ryou was because he couldn't injure Kaido with blunt force damage in a enraged state in gear 4 bounce man he could knock him around as shown in the town but didn't cause any amount of noticeable damage. we have to remember Sanji hasn't shown any level of Haki what so ever as far as the Red Nine Scabbards go, they are proficient swordsmen with haki and presumably Ryou. Killer on the other hand has proven his strength as a swordsmen using unfamiliar weapons, his sonic scythe is impressive and a lot more is yet to be seen from Killer I'm sure he is Kid's Zoro he should be up there.

one thing that I want to REMIND about lasting damage... one thing that has been stated is that ZOAN fruits have higher defence, physical strength AND REGENERATION than other fruits, which is why even though Killer, Kid, Law, Zoro, Scabbards, and Yamato DID deal damage to Kaido, he was arguably still at 80/90% hp when he fought G5 Luffy, this can be seen in the fact that he constantly stops bleeding in 1-2 panels and was STILL going hard against luffy after the break, this is also shown in Luffy himself, even though he TANKED so much damage from Kaido, Luffy seemingly recovered faster than Jinbe, Zoro and Sanji after awakening his fruit. point being: Sanji has fought against Zoans for a LOT of matchups and he CONSISTENTLY out paces their Regen, while admittedly LOWER than Kaido. Sanji would have more likely dealt more OVERALL damage to Kaido than Zoro (Zoro is more of a heavy 1 shot kind of damage dealer while Sanji is more of a combo fiend).
