ive been looking into going to wellesley but i have been sort of hesitant because of the stuff ive heard so this is very comforting and reassuring to me.. the terfs is kinda meh but youll see it at every college so you cant really escape it

I love this! I didn't attend Wellesley but honestly all women should internalize the stuff about leaving behind the need for male attention and not using it as a metric for how fun an event is. I hope you have a lovely college experience!

Yes, but freshmen and sophomores almost always have roommates because seniors can choose the single dorms first, followed by juniors, etc. Just make sure your roommate is okay with whatever is going on!
