If I get my hands on a Vic I will totally do one. I don't care what manufacture people use as all markers roughly do the same thing but what I can't stand is misinformed new players because of a manufacture purist. To many times I've heard people mention the G6R is not meant for people who don't know how to work on markers. There's no difference between this and any other duel regulated marker except this gives you amazing tools to work with if need be. Thanks for watching and commenting!

I think the only reason some idiots think the G6R is maintenance intensive is simply because Bob Long makes a pressure tester and gives you the ability to tune the marker.

I just bought a intimidator G6r haven’t played yet with it how do I adjust the velocity and how to you adjust the Lpr and hpr

Your best bet is to attach the pressure tester if you own one. If not I suggest purchasing one from field one. I believe to raise both reg pressures it's turn clockwise and counterclockwise to lower. Don't quote me on that as I've gotten that backwards from time to time. The manual is free online so I always suggest people look up the manual of the marker they own. I believe starting pressure on the lpr is 75psi and 180psi on the hpr. Now to fine tune that you'll want to do it over a chronograph as any duel reg marker. Look for consistency and velocity and make small turns always testing a few shots before making additional adjustments. Hope that helps and if you have anymore questions please feel free to ask.

The regulator tester was made by Bob Long. I believe Field One still sells them.

Hello! How do you get rid of the G6R leaking from asa issue? i\ve changed a lot of orings and from time to time it starts leaking from the pin oring

Sounds like you're over pressureizing your marker. Tank output pressure should be no higher then 450-500psi. Sorry for the delay just saw this.

Indy. Since you’ve owned plenty of G6R’s do you think bolt and ram upgrades are necessary ? I ve noticed scoring on mine from sand and grit and need a new one. Should i just get a factory bolt or an upgrade. Thx.

I've had the stock pillow bolt, techt hush bolt and zero ping hammer. Honestly I saw no gain with the Techt parts. There's a slight softer shot with the LP poppit but that is also a Bob Long made part. Intimidators in my opinion have always ran best with stock parts. The Gen4 being the exception. The Lurker ram and poppit were a must with the Gen4.

Only if needed. Newer Bob Longs don't always need dow 55. Honestly I only use Dow 55 on Gen3 Timmys.
