No, Chinese laws ask social media companies operating in China to keep their servers in China. The ones that agreed are fully accessible the ones that didn’t left the country. I lived there when this happened. Yahoo, microsoft, Apple all have search and social services operating in China as they followed Chinese law. Cyrus is correct.

We all have confidence issues when when the older Generation looked at the state of the youths in their country, whether US or China. Conversely, when the younger generation looked at the older generation, they looked in contempt at the global problems the older generation is passing on to them.
