What Dimash did in this song was impressive: He gave the kids the spotlight! He let them open the song, accommodated themselves to their limitations, led them, played a measured solo, prepared a "bed" for the children to shine and finished by tucking them in! There may be more beautiful, more technical, more touching versions... But no one can dispute that this version warms our hearts and souls through its simplicity and commitment to little ones!

Whenever children are involved Dimash will always take part, children are a much treasured part of Kazakh life and raised up. Dimash actually quit a major TV contest in the US where he was predicted to win the 1 million dollar first prize to allow two children to move forward. There are many, many videos of Dimash onstage with children, mostly when they're not supposed to be there like in the Antalya concert when someone in the audience handed him a baby and he's trying to sing with the baby in his arms 🤣

Dimash and his family support many projects for children, including an annual competition in Kazahstan Dimash invites the winners to sing at his concerts.

Dimash is actually 6'3". So if you see him in other videos or pictures he is usually towering over people around him.

I loved how he blended his voice with the children's voices. Besides having a golden voice, he is such a kind person. Every Dimash performance is a class of impeccable vocal technique. Bravo Dimash!! 💐💐💐💐💐💐💐

Thank you for your reaction. I love how he respects the children. He sings softly so he does not overpower them. Dimash loves the Chinese people and they love him. I believe he will always come to perform when invited. This is beautiful.

Dimash sang very softly compared to how he might have sung this if he didn’t have the children there. Dimash has performed lots of duets etc and adjusts his singing to compliment the other singer/singers. Try Swan Goose with Tengri. Or akaragos with Alisha, or Notre Dame with Sundet, or the song with Wei Wei at the panda festival etc.

❗ Most people don't know he is CEO and sole head of the production company that produces all of his videos/movies/ performances and music in-house. He and his organization were recently filmed for a German tv special featuring 5 young adults from around the world who are drastically changing their industries.

Who put the English words up? They should know better, than to put the word, roast, instead of raised. They should know it is, you raised me up, Dimash's accent sounds like he is singing, you roast me up, but if they actually knew the song, they wouldn't have written, you roast me up. When Dimash was singing the song, they had to have known, even though, he sounded as if he was singing roast, they should have known, he was singing raised, but with his accent it sounded like roast.
