Im a big fan and we live in the same city what the heck! I would love to offer my time to help in any way shape or form. The knowledge I would gain would be life changing. I think the best thing about this is realizing how simple Decaps process is. He will out-brand like anyone else doing this shit because of how unique his sound is but is nowhere even close to the level of nerding and obsessing as most. He’s just such a go getter, and a natural talent.

33:00 Hell yea, Decap!!! I still have that CROUP drums folder. For a while it was my go to boom bap drums folder. I still find myself going back to it and using some of the stuff every now and then. And M-Phazes used to be my favorite producer back in the day before I discovered electronic music. I never had his drums though. His drums really knocked hard.

All this is cappppp lol nothing about his process was said.. operator and culture vulture huh, lol and there is a difference in sound DAWs give. Fl in particular has a multiband compressor algorithm baked into the software. This info is out there if you look, but this whole talk about daws are the same gotta STOP ✋🏼 lol stop leading these sheep to a dummy mission 😭
