Fraud done by decathlon, I ordered some item in clearance sale from them one men golf trouser received used and washed product so I mail you same day within 1hr from when I product received, but now your team said our report said product is ok, how you know product is ok when I said I received used product, I am not satisfied with product, I want only replacement of this used product but your team said there is no option for replacement, please tell me why there is no option even decathlon provides 30days replacement guarantee on all products. If you are not able to replacement please take it your product back and refund my money I don't want this used product, Other wise I will definitely doing a complaint against you in consumer forum. Bcoz This is a big scam and fraud by decathlon first you send used washed product after that you said no replacement option, even all online shopping sites provide customers minimum 7days return or replacement guarantee. Even decathlon also provide 30days replacement guarantee but DECATHLON doing fraud in clearance sale.
