I work for Siemens and that was our offices from September 2007. It's dimise was brought about after Covid where most staff now WFH. Was built in 2002 so only lasted 20 years. People now require housing, not offices.

Thanks David, I couldn't remember exactly when it was built, it is the same thing at Watchmoor Park as well, but these are being replaced with Warehouses and Small Industrial Units.
