Yep, winter bass can be caught in Western WA, especially smallmouths. A 5" white grub on a 1/2oz or 5/8oz football jig dragged on the bottom slowly is a good bet. A 4" Aaron's Magic Roboworm rigged on a splitshot with the same presentation is also good.
