Thank you so much for subscribing! I really appreciate it. I can’t believe how much they keep raising the prices. I understand inflation but I do feel like they should be doing a little bit more or at least have amazing customer service.

Hello. I love your hair colors. You have to find a way to trick the algorithm when you type your reviews. AI just picks up on repeated keywords. No humans are truly reading over all the details. I used to have Ipsy. So, try this: If you get a neutral palette, and don't like it, then use negative words like No. Not. Never. And then refrain from repeating the term "neutrals, even if you just feel like saying "I hate neutrals". Simply say, "This is not for me. Disappointed. I want lots of colorful purples, greens, and blues instead." Or for example, if you get a constant influx of black liquid eyeliners, refrain from saying "no more black eyeliner!" Then mention how much you like primer or mascara or foundation in the same review. The most important thing is to be clear in the things you do like, and give honest positive reviews carefully.
