They look like equilateral triangles. The base where you fold it appears longer. But if it’s the same length as the other sides it’s an isosceles triangle. Loved your video showing in detail how you did this. It came out lovely.

I bought some cutfiles this morning. I was excited. I downloaded them all and then realized the triangle cutfile didn't have a png file. I have a cricut. Is it possible to get a png file so i can make it. I know it was totally my fault for not reading it close enough. I even Googled if i could make it into a png. Unfortunately, you can only do it with a silhouette. Thanks for considering.
