Is this normal snow pack for the area? In Prince George we're extremely low this winter, both snow and water levels!

Normal snowpack at mid elevations and higher but not lower

I see Seatan 40hp two stroke outboards in some of your videos are they good motors. I also see Tohatsu outboards ,which is better and why? Reason I ask I'm looking to purchase one in the near future.
