I liked this version of Faebound, but I preferred the 'night' purple version that Goldsboro decided to do as their December pick too. I've found quite a few books recently have come with scuffing on the inside of the jacket somehow, so I think those jackets are getting softer

Okay, you need to read Daughter of Smoke and Bone. It's one of my favorite series. Love, love the journal and as you were naming everything on it , I kept saying DOSAB, lol. 😄🦷😇🦴👿

I only get the YA book only from Fairyloot so I didn’t get that one. I also didn’t get the YA or Adult OwlCrate boxes for December and I’m bummed because out of all the pins I’ve gotten from them that one is my favorite next to the Hobbit. Missing out on the book doesn’t bother me much 😂. I have the same reaction to fake sugar. I was drinking a lot of Crystal lite and couldn’t understand why I had headaches all the time 🤔. Then I figured out it was that and try to steer clear of it. My hubby likes dark chocolate so I would have done the same. I don’t know if it affects me weird bc I hate it. It’s too bitter for me.

Just got my fairy lit books today. And I really liked faebound but I wish that the endpage artt was reversed so that the dust jacket flaps don't cover the character art. Since they have the author's signature. I can see why they did it this time. But it's common problem, They covered up the best part of the ya end page art too.

So the adult owlcrate book is a romantasy that's pretty popular and it turns out they were only allotted so many copies of the book. Originally they could only promise copies to subscribers who had their subscription renew from the 1st to the 3rd of December. It caused a huge panic that not all active subscribers would be guaranteed a book. They then updated that all subscribers who renewed between Dec 1st-12th would get one. It's just been a mess and made subscribers mad and people are questioning why bother have an active subscription if you aren't guaranteed a book.
