Janet Kataaha Museveni as Chief Guest, Her Royal Highness Sylvia Nagginda Luswata, the Nnabagereka of Buganda as Keynote Speaker, and Owek. Hon. Joyce Nabosa Sebugwawo as Patron, emphasizing decency, empowerment, and inclusion.
