In part seven of the Transformers 2005 IDW Comics Continuity Retrospective, we take a look at Megatron Origin! Launched in June 2007 as a four issue mini-series, this series added some new and bold ideas to the already-established trope of Megatron the gladiator. In this video, I break down how this series came to be, its Dreamwave roots, and noteworthy aspects of its themes, line art, and colorwork.
