Did any of these people know each other or at least like these kind of games?

Delighted I finally got to see the game in action. Just work on those intros my friend, a lot of people might click away if you don't get their attention early on!

That's a great idea. Our live TV play throughs we try to keep to 30-45 minutes, but we do longer ones that are not live.

Wow. I had heard so many good reviews of this game I almost bought it. But watching this group play is like watching paint dry. If this is what the game is like, I'm out! Thanks for letting me actually see how boring this game can be.

Deception is one of my favorite games actually. Great hidden role/social deduction game for those who don't like the more intense bluffing games like The Resistance or Secret Hitler. But yes, if you have a quiet group of gamers, it will be a less confrontational/vocal/fun game, but if you have a group who are comfortable bluffing and being vocal, it's a blast. Usually there's much more discussion as the Forensics scientist is placing the bullets and not just at the end. I'd say it's definitely worth it.

it's not the game it's the players. You gotta really get into it to make it fun, Watch geek and sundry or blind wave play it, they get a LOT more into it.
