The set up looks a bit sketchy. The AB XXX shown in Riga was in Daugavpils, and there was an NKVD XX in Riga.

The setup included in the base VASSAL module was wrong. I had to create one from scratch before I started my play though.

Where did you get the Vassal module? I just searched extensively and couldn't find one. Or did you make your own?
