I only have the answer report but I don't see sensitivity report, not sure why

The sensitivity report discussed in the video can only be obtained for LP models. Most likely, you do not see the option to choose the sensitivity report because you have a constraint that some variables must be integers ("int") or binary ("bin"). With this constraint, the model is no longer LP (linear programming) - it is MILP (mixed-integer linear programming).
