The glaze you wipe it on, then wipe it off, don't let it dry, or you will have a hard time getting it off. Love your videos.

Paint tip: the glaze is really made (or at least used mainly) by painting it on and then wiping it off, don't let it dry or it'll be like regular paint and sanding it doesn't really work to get the effect you're after. Use glaze the same way you would a paint wash, which is just watered down paint...brush it on and immediately wipe it off with a cloth. I've used glazes to get a faux-stain effect when I painted something to look like wood. You can also use dry brushes and wire brushes to wipe over the glazes to get the wood grain effect.

Waverly Antiquing Wax would have toned down the color on the picture. I buy mine at Walmart. Apply iand wipe it off before it dries.

Oh, this is so fun, I absolutely love thrifting and repurposeing well loved items. I do a lot of mixed media art in my journals and I use Gesso over my bright pictures, it works great, although I personally loved that photo just the way it was, but a little gesso to ton it down a bit would have been perfect. The sleigh had my heart ❤️ I absolutely love red cardinals😍 Thank you for adding the clip of the birds outside your window, that was so pretty to see, we don't get cardinals here where I live in Canada, I would be sitting at the window all day watching the birds, God created such beautiful birds. I would love it if you would share a bird watching video on your other channel😊 your repurposed items turned out so lovely ❤

What a difference the silver spigot made to beverage dispenser!!! The room screen looks so pretty set up by the chair!! I just need a blanket and a good book to snuggle up with!! I use those little “Wreathes” as napkin rings. I usually tie a different rib at the top in seasonal colours or a velvet ribbon that goes with my dishes.

Absolutely loved how the screen room divider turned out. Also thought it was too much white left styled there. It would have looked just as nice with the wood left brown stained. It would have stood out more. But I am sure your way looks great too! Thanks for a great video.
