Interesting that you built around the infect side, usually people build around the front using ways to clone or blink Etali for more etb triggers

Kediss unfortunately doesnt work that way with the backside of etali. Primal sickness has to deal combat damage to distribute poison counters so only the initial player who was attacked will get poison. The other two will take non combat damage from kediss's ability, while the source is etali; its not combat damage
