A vessel constrained by her draft shows 3 red lights in a vertical line or a cylinder....The day signal is a cylinder shape....A vessel not under command shows 2 red lights in a vertical line and by day it will show 2 black balls in a vertical line ...

Omg . I only answered few of them, some of the questions has been already tackled and i just forgot them.....
