Hi Helena, Nice looking patio, It looks like a great place to relax and listen to nature and read a book. Years ago I played a game with my daughter called Monopoly. It's a great tool for learning how to invest and let others pay for your properties. Once the renters have paid for your property you now have a income for life. No stress. You can hire property managers to handle all the maintenance. This is a little over simplified but you get the idea. It's called OPM other people's money. If I'm not mistaken you own a home in Poland and it is providing a income. Just repeat this process and you will be stress free.

Great job on the deck. I'm glad your mate enjoys doing it as well as helping you put it together. That's what true men are for. Doing things for their women and being there for them whenever possible. Yes, as we retire in our future, I can see myself in a home near the country and relaxing and enjoying nature, too. Reading is the best source to keep our minds active as well as supplying more knowledge to our brain. I remembered this in high school by a professor who quoted, "He who can read and does not, is no better than anyone who can not read at all." 📚

Very nice! Deck and umbrella look great! And connecting with your spiritual self is a wonderful self discovery. And the Universe does send signs. In the hustle and hurried World 🌎 we tend to not see them because we are conditioned to be focused on the next things. So that makes it somewhat difficult to live in the moment. You are full of knowledge and thank you for sharing your experience. And is great that a person wating your vlog shared too. Perhaps in a strange way the tribe you have been seeking is online. Hi Helena, really great things happening, you deserve it. Lisa and i folloed for years and wow. Happiness is good on you. We've all learned so much from you, and shared things we wouldn't tell anyone. I like the deck, stairs.. some of what did for living lol. Like a little tiki spot! Wish joy abd happiness. Wonder sometimes if remember whet say undividualy over time, visualize when meditate, spiritual visions/thoughts, that be embarrassing lol. And you look amazing. I’m glad he can use tools and build things. It’s a guy thing. He did a nice job finishing the rail on your deck. My Dad used to say “If you can read, you can do anything “. He was right. Now, can the neighbors see us on the deck? I just thought of its highest and best uses❤. When. you don’t have worries about finances, you get preoccupied with things we can do on a deck. I’m liking it. Much ❤ always. I won’t get jealous. I won’t be selfish. I’ll continue to pray for your happiness. It’s tough, but I’m up to it because ❤,ya know. I just noticed your freckles😘Never saw them before. Ok, you need to pay your mortgage. I need to take you inside now. Just ride the wave babe, until it crashes on the shore. Who thought I’d like your white Jammie’s so much!? I’d give you time to read…maybe.😘Reading is fundamental, just hard to focus while you’re laying there idly by.. I agree, downsize, eliminate mortgage. financial freedom comes too late in life. My parents needed to think Generational Wealth. I want to come back as one of my kids. My kids lived the blessed life that I wanted to live. Years ago, My daughter once said to me that her greatest fear was that she will not be able to sustain the,life that she had become accustomed to. I’m still laughing. That’s the second best compliment I ever received.

Love the deck. I like the wire ballisters (I guess that's what they're called), but, here in our area, building codes would prevent us from installing them in our situation. Your umbrella reminds me of a tiki house from Polynesia. I don't think I've ever seen one like that around here. I understand your concerns about the future. My wife and I are getting on in years and we'll have to consider major changes to our living situation. Stairs don't work well for older adults though it can be good exercise.

@helenanistavlogs I'm afraid that society has it all wrong. We should start in retirement so we can run around and do things while we're still young and physically able. Then, once we've gotten that out of our system, our bodies are worn and we're ready to slow down, then we can go to work and slave away to we drop. Don't ask how it's all paid for. Don't burst my bubble. LOL

The advantage of reading Kindle perhaps on your Pad or tablet is that you can immediately see a dictionary or Wycapedia, see how far to end of chapter and usually pay less for the book. When we moved back from France to UK, from big house to small we had to sell and give away over 1K books. While we have kept a similar number physical storage for books is limited. Between us we read about 300 books a year. Disadvantage ….cant read a kindle book in bright light.

Am pleased your deck is finished and the Hawaiian style Brolly looks great. Hope you find the time to devote to your spiritual side. Having been self employed myself I totally understand where you're coming from regarding getting to a point when you'll be mortgage free. I always put in 110% to my work to get to that point but in doing that you tend to ignore other issues around you. I really hope things work out for you. Love this post as usual. ❤
