He is clear about his goals and where he and the club want to go. And the leadership thing doesn't just come from social media, but from the people he has been working with. Odegaard is a our captain and he will stay our captain. But like Xhaka, Zinny and Jesus, Rice doesn't need the armband to be part of the leadership group. Kane? Well he is gonna retire at some point. That's simply an age thing.
