Get into God’s Word and into daily prayer. I also went through early menopause in my early 40s. If I can give you some advice it is to listen to your body, if you don’t feel like eating something then don’t force yourself. Do any dietary changes slowly! I couldn’t tolerate many animal based foods for years and that’s okay. Replace what you can through a vegetarian diet with lentils, chick peas, etc. And come off all wheat/dairy products for a time. Ask God for wisdom of what to eat and how to replace things. Look up Barbara O’Neill who is a Christian and believes the Bible and is a naturopath, she has some good advice regarding both issues. Sometimes God will lead us on a slower journey than we would like, that’s from personal experience, but be on His timeframe ❤️🕊️
