Yeah lol, I debated on adding it from time to time. I decided no on the Vatican because first its REALLY small. 1/5 the size of Monaco, which was already pushing it. More importantly, most of the Mico-nations serve a purpose historically. The event cards in the Powder Keg will lead to micronations possibly stirring up trouble, if they haven’t been already invaded. Also, the Vatican was not recognized or treated as an independent nation until 1929 in the Lateran Treaty.
