I think you always have to be honest with yourself Steph. That’s sooooo important! My youngest son is Autistic and was on meds to sleep and helps his anxiety. He decided at 17 he wanted to go off it for really the same reasons you expressed. But now he only averages 4-5 hours per night. It’s a vicious circle!

You’re hilarious Steph the comment you made at the mirror I PMSL. Makeup such a trial but we can’t be without it. I have way too much makeup myself time for a cull. We just put our Xmas tree up this arvo what a bloody mess it’s makes buggar me. I don’t why it is we feel so dam good after a good clean and out but we do. Hey beautiful so it’s a display screen and you get a special cable that links it up you can use it as the only screen or as a joint screen by going to Mac display settings 😍
