I appreciate most of your helpful ideas but I personally don't understand why anyone would own things they don't care about. At this point in my life, I don't really buy much, and I make full use of the dollar store for most things. But some of the things I own are important to me or I wouldn't still have them. If they break, there is nothing I can do about it, but I want to enjoy them while I can.
