I noticed that, by the fact that some bins were already labelled, some contents must already have been gone through. Still, this time around, you managed to declutter more. This is my experience of decluttering. Each time I go through stuff I manage to let go of something else. I think it's about letting decisions marinade a little.

It might help to have your urine checked out by your urologist--I found out that I have hypercalcuria, meaning that I have too much calcium in my urine and calcium binds with sodium to make stones. This is helpful because I learned I need to drink a lot of water and lower sodium intake to reduce kidney stone production. Prayers, girly!

Yesssss! I just did the 24 hour urine test on Wednesday to find out what’s going on! I do know that they are calcium oxalate stones so I wonder if I have what you have too ❤️🙏🏼❤️ The urologist did tell me to drink more water and watch my sodium intake at the last appointment!

You inspire me so much to go slow. In the past when I have done any personal growth work on myself, I always push too hard and then have a backlash regression reaction. Slowly, I’m learning about this pattern and how being gentle, it’s a better way to make progress in the long run in rewiring your brain. Thank you so much for a role modeling what it looks like to be gentle and steady and to honor your own pace. Wishing you good health. You are a good healer.❤️

I’m sorry you have to go through another procedure- and so soon! Sending healing thoughts your way. And yes, I am slowly starting to learn that my self worth wasn’t in the objects. It was in me all along. I am learning that by listening to my heart with what feels ready to let go off and also by trying to extend my social circle, it has helped me to start to declutter the most problematic areas of my home. I am hoping by summer it will be even better. I want to honor my partner by not having added chaos and stress to our lives and I want to break free of this self inflicted prison of never feeling like I am enough (I believe thoughts like this have driven the hoard even further). Thanks for all that you do. I am getting better and better each week and I’m grateful every time I see one of your videos. And I love seeing Miss Pepper being an awesome helper too 😊

I am so sorry you are dealing with kidney stones. I went through the same surgery . My kidney stone was large. But, it was soft. So, they went in through my back. Then took air and broke it up. I had the tube in my back too. I have no idea how many I have passed. Now they're 3 that embedded in the wall of my kidney. I will pray for you. And, ask God to be with you. To keep them kidney stones away. Keep your Faith. God is the Great Physician. Take care of yourself.

I hope they are not too big! And yes, God is the great physician so we will keep in faith and take action where we can to keep our kidneys healthy ❤️🙏🏼❤️
@sherrygantt21587 ай бұрын
@ahoardersheart the ones that are embedded. the urologist is not going to try and remove them. they are to close to the kidney wall. he does not think they are anything to worry with at this time. my surgery was to be a one day outpatient. but, I went septis on the table. it turned into 5 days in ICU and 3 days in regular room. since it was a soft stone. it had grew bacteria. when they blasted it. It caused infection to spread throughout my body. that was in 2011. A new nurse had just joined the staff in that recovery room. she knew right from the start what was happening. God put her there. He was not ready for me yet. So, they did get me back. I am not trying to scare you. Please don't think I am. I am just sharing how Amazing God is. I sometimes have the symptoms of a kidney stone. But, so far, I have not had any more.

If I can give some tips for the future as a fellow kidney stone sufferer. Please get checked for gout. It seems for some reason these two illnesses go hand in hand often. Also the food we consume a lot of time processed foods and especially chocolate and even some healthy groceries like broccoli are all stone forming foods. Because there is different type of chemical components in stones this will give a clue to what types of foods to avoid. Also lemon water and lots of water in general is more important than anything. It's not a cure but definitely something to think about in terms of maintainig an alkaline environment and making it very hard for new stones to form due to constant flushing of concrements. I have quite an experience with stones every since I was 14.

Have you considered seeing a therapist about your hoarding. A professional may be able to help you to getting rid of all the childhood toys you have kept for so long. Holding on to so much of your childhood when it was so unpleasant can not be helping you in your healing from hoarding. My hope and my prayer is that one day you will be free of the demons that keep you from feeling that it is important to keep so much stuff. Good luck!
