DECLUTTERING 25% OF MY LIP PRODUCT COLLECTION: I've Never Done a Declutter Like This Before!

In this video I'm going through my full lip product collection and decluttering a ton of products! I honestly can't believe how many items I was able to part ways with, and I even surprised myself. In 2023 I'm trying to be better at organizing, curating, and tidying, and only keeping items that I love. Let me know what you think and if you want to see more videos in this style!

I know this might be my assumption, but you look more radiant in pinks than oranges. It makes your complexion lit up. It reminds me of Korean colour theory, where a certain group of colours lit up your complexion.

@@laralikesmascara it also works on other things that you wore. You can try gathering multiple clothes in different colors and undertones and place them neck down (no need to wear them) one after another in front of a mirror. Flip through them and see which colors lit up your complexion 😊.

The longer I am on my struggle to no buy the more I am amazed how you pushed through with your no buy for so long!!! 😳😳 I think I need to go through all your old vids 😅 I'm watching quite a bit of panning and no buy content but it's actually hard to find (so far) content that really helps me/encourages me and I feel seen. A lot of panning channels still buy quite a bit of make up (and being partially oblivious or apologetic about it) even on "low" buys which freaks me out /worries me (which can be good as its a constant reminder how I need to change things). minimalist steered content /folks with small collections that were never having much are literally on a different planet than me and my hordes and just my make up preferences 🤣 general no buys also while interesting don't address perhaps the manic magpie and collector mentality us make up people have so don't really speak about that. I'm feeling a bit underrepresented. I need a bright beacon of hope that I can find a way to enjoy make up according to my taste, try out new things without overshopping while also using things up properly 😭🤣 you and Shawna so far are the only people where I feel I can relate with your thoughts on make up and consumerism but also really feel encouraged to do better, that it's possible. at the same time you still enjoy pretty things and you don't tell people how their approach should look like or what is the right or wrong amount for them. Of course we need to do the main work ourselves but it makes a big difference to not feel alone in this and that there is a solution out there. I'm really struggling right now with all kinds of thoughts, concerns and ideas going through my head.... It's amazing things can cause so much headache and trouble

Hey I’m sorry you got to this point where your makeup collection is such a burden! I totally relate to that, and I actually didn’t even realize the burden it was UNTIL I stopped buying makeup. Funny how I didn’t notice the sheer size of my collection until it stopped growing. I don’t know what I can offer except for encouragement (keep it up!!) and know that it is a slow process and will take years. I’m in my fifth year now of this journey and just starting to be happy with my collection.

Yeeeees a lip project pan! I have one or at most two products of the same category in my makeup collection.. but liptints and lipsticks are my weakness and most fun part of makeup for me

Thank you Shawna! I’m honestly still shocked that I went through with decluttering all of them. And they were all definitely superfluous in my collection so I don’t at all feel the need to replace any of them 😊

You did great! I've about 30 lip products I believe... Would love to declutter to a point where all I own can go in one small lipstick holder that has space for 9 things... But at the same time I do love trying new lippies and balms so not sure that would be attainable for me.

It's from Kiko, the number says 536 but not sure if there's an actual name!
