We turned our dumping ground room into a home theater! When I think of the years we wasted by not being able to use this room, I get very annoyed! Not only that, it’s right off our entry, and no door!! It was an embarrassment. It’s been almost 6 years since the remodel and we use the theater room every day! Once I got it in my head that I wanted to declutter, it felt so good! Not only that, we are so proud of our room now! 🙂

My husband was the Kmart yo-yo champ back n 1968. We live in Texas and Kmart was a department store in our area. He can still yo-yo just as good today as back then. I could never yo-yo good.

I remember this closet. I was so excited about this video back then. I was ready to start and then I broke my foot. I still continued to watch while I was laid up in bed. Then, my husband was diagnosed with cancer and it was a year long process. He is doing well now. Last year I had breast cancer, had surgery and radiation. I'm doing well. You have helped me so much doing these processes. You have made me laughed so many times. Thank you so much!!! You are great!!

Hi Jodi, I think I started watching you just after Gus passed away! You have done such an excellent job. The transformation was something! I loved it all & your fun & hilarious laughter. I really love it! I don't do a lot of cleaning these days. And I'm having surgery on the 29th, so I won't be able to do much of anything after that for a few weeks. I'm having 1 kidney removed it's not working much, so no used keeping it! You keep having your videos. I'm excited for you when you start on your yard again, & what you're going to do with it. I remember that first closet declutter. It is what pushed me to get started on my house. Right now I'm working on my bedroom, more precisely my clothes. I have already donated 6 big garbage bags of clothes and I'm only about 1/4 of the way done. Just doing a little bit at a time so I don't get overwhelmed and give up. Hi, Jodi! How did you guys do during that storm we had a few weeks back. I lost power for two days and after the first day, went to stay with friends. When I got back to the house when we got power back I had no furnace! The outage blew a fuse and I needed a new thermostat! That took another day. Finally back to normal. What a week! Had to throw out some food but other than that, was able to save some of my freezer stuff. With having that deep freeze, I put the food in a large zipper bag and left it outside. It kept it frozen. 🥶 Clark is so funny! Love Donna Jean! Go Lions!!! 💙💙💙🥶👍🥰

Hi Jodi, what a little scamp that Clark is! My Jean is like that, she knows I can’t catch her. My house needs a full declutter. I did a couple of cabinets in the kitchen, took everything down from the top shelves that I can’t reach. Purged a lot of coffee cups, plastic glasses and canning jars. My husband thinks ‘we’ are going to can next year from the garden. I don’t even think I will do a garden. I started it about four years ago because he had retired early because of his COPD and he wanted a hobby. Well I’ve ended up planting, weeding and watering, and cleaning it in the fall. Meanwhile he thinks his job is to occasionally harvest and brag. No way am I going to take on canning. My MRI is in one week, yay! I think when you have open space in cabinets and closets you feel so much calmer. When they are stuffed you’re just reminded you need to declutter and it gets me nervous. I think you will love the table leaves on in the kitchen, you have beautiful furniture. Is it leave or leaves?🤔 Feel better, your contagious laugh is still the same. See you next week.🙂

Clark definitely needed a toy also. I decluttered my master bath. It took less time this time. I sometimes feel it’s harder to find stuff to get rid of after you’ve done it a number of times but I still have too much stuff. I did get some trash out of there. The pile wasn’t a lot, but its better. I should do my bedside drawers. They have too much in them. Maybe get rid of more makeup. I remember you doing the closet. Totally understand the joy of being able to put the vacuums in there. Would love an obvious place to put my swiffer and broom near my kitchen, but away from the pantry.

Decluttering feels so good doesn't it? I know I really enjoy it. I keep my place organized and decluttered but I'm still always amazed at how much I can find when I get in the mood to declutter. I did some earlier this month and my goal was 25 items. I lost count. I had 19 items alone from my kitchen that I just threw away not to mention what I gave away. I think your charity store must have you on a first name basis. I haven't been with you for very long but I have watched all of your decluttering videos and your house redecorating. What an amazing difference! Your house looks so beautiful now and I'm glad you're able to have your family come and visit for holidays and more. Keep up the great work and inspiration! P. S. - I keep my gloves in the pockets of the coat or jacket I would wear with them with.

Hi jodi.. It can actually crack.. I'm so glad you bring it in the house And others should do the same.. And when it gets hot, it will actually sweat out all the oil that's built up inside. Great video- hope you are feeling better, with our weather so wonky I can see how a sinus infection can happen. I was feeling really good after my knee surgery until Friday. Home PT was here doing my exercises and then I had to walk…could not walk more than 100 ft and was extremely winded and could not get my air. Long story short…ended up in the hospital for 4 days with a blood clot in each lung and my blood work was so wonky it was reading I was having a heart attack! Talk about one scared girl…OMG I had more test and Drs and tubes than I care for! I was released yesterday and feeling great, tired but great I am just extremely thankful for everyone who helped me get to where I am today with my health. I do remember when you started with that closet, didn’t seem that long ago but I truly enjoy your channel. Until next week! 😍

I have been watching your channel since day 1 and I have greatly enjoyed it. We decluttered our 2 spare bedroom closets but still don't have enough room for everything. They are full of camping gear, prepper stuff, honey bee extraction supplies, nostalgia boxes ( I still have my wedding gown and in September we will have been married for 30 years). Dining room is full of couponing products and a grow box for my husband to start growing vegetables. Guess we still have more purging to do.

Another great video Jodi! I am getting ready to clean out my clothes closet. I love fashion, but it's time to let it go. I try and do it twice a year. I try and give to a church instead of donating to Goodwill. Their prices have gone through the roof. Have a great week 😊!
