I went through my whole wardrobe, of every piece I had. I decided on only keeping 1 week's worth (7 pcs) of each sub category. This has greatly cut down on the stress & anxiety of choosing an outfit. And on laundry 🙂 Truth is, we tend to keep reaching for our favorite/most loved/most comfortable pieces of clothing.
