DECLUTTERING MY MAKEUP COLLECTION! 😭 ✨ HIGHLIGHTERS (powder)

Not the highlighters. . . 😢 This was hard but it really needed to be done. Today I tackled my powder highlighter drawer. I went through most of my traditional highlighters and savagely decluttered as much as I could. I am so weirdly emotionally tied to my makeup and I learn this more and more with each declutter. The great thing about makeup and social media though is that with KZbin, Instagram etc I have a running diary of all of the times I wore these products 💖 They have a special place in my heart! I’m taking steps to minimize my makeup routine and collection so that I can better share products with you guys that I may be neglecting a little. Makeup that is new or unopened gets donated and makeup that is expired or used gets thrown away 🗑️ Please do not ask for expired makeup. They are so beautiful and it would be cool if they had a clear component to show them off, because you're right, when the packaging is opaque, it tends to be "out of sight, out of mind". It should stand out more. 💟

When I first started wearing makeup I didnt even own a highlighter . I used to use shimmery eye shadows and pretty successfully might I add .Fast forward a few years and I have a full blown highlighter obsession and I totally get the attachment to them lol . Very fun watching this .Thank you 😊

Nooo don’t declutter your snow flushed!!! It s special! It came out as an eyeshadow the Christmas before. They brought it back as the highlight because people freaked over it. Try it as eyeshadow, you’ll love it.

Highlighters......my kryptonite lol....and when you let go of the Becca palettes...I felt that!!! "This will be the last time these will be in ny hands" .....😢😢😢 My late ass just received Champagne Pop! I bought the Collector's Edition on Amazon. Better late than never haha...and, just my opinion, but Laura Lee's Glazed highlighter in "Diamonds", is a dead ass dupe for Champagne Pop.

i dont really reach for the blush/highlight palette from jaclyn and becca anymore but i do love to use it on vacation. easy travel palette, espcially for somewhere tropical. looks good on my tanned (maybe more like sunburned) skin

I love my highlighters so much so I could never part with them. also, for the Ofra highlighters I made little labels for them so it’s easier to find a shade instead of having to take them out to read which shade is which or open them. idk maybe it might help you
